Try the checklist

Change the job details and watch the checklist adapt

Try two choices below. RRP Central adds the relevant records and swaps the ones that change, so you can see what needs attention.

Maple Street renovation

Example: a 1950 Illinois home, with covered interior work under the federal RRP program.

1. Who lives in the home?
2. Is dust clearance sampling contracted?

A contract requires a dust clearance report in place of cleaning verification.

A hands-on example, not an assessment of your job. The full app also considers scope, jurisdiction, crew, and special circumstances. Nothing here is saved.

Your example checklist

6 records to prepare
Ready to try? Select “A tenant.”

Watch a separate tenant pamphlet record appear below.

  • Certified renovator assignment
  • Renovate Right delivery
  • Work-practice documentation
  • Cleaning verification
  • Certified renovator certification statement
  • Records given to the owner

These are records to complete—not proof that work is done.

Less checklist-building. More getting the job recorded.
Start with your real job and keep its forms, evidence, and next steps together.

What happens when the beta ends?

We will tell you before it ends, and you get at least 14 days from sign-up. After that, choose a paid plan in Billing to keep adding jobs. Your trial never turns into a paid subscription automatically. A paid plan you choose renews monthly until you cancel.

Can I keep my records?

Yes. Existing records stay accessible after the trial. Download PDF job records or ZIP bundles with available evidence.

Your first-job checklist

A useful way to evaluate the workspace:

  1. 01
    Add a job you know.

Enter the property and scope, or prefill available details from a text-based estimate PDF.

  2. 02
    Bring the loose pieces together.

Assign the crew, add credentials, and save a form or supporting document.

  3. 03
Review the record you can keep.

Check the next missing form and download a packet to see what is recorded and what is still open.

How it works

From the first job detail to the final handoff

Keep the record moving as the work moves.

01

Start with the job

Add the property, scope, and jurisdiction. Bring the details that shape your job’s forms into one place.

02

Record as you go

Document delivery, training, work practices, and cleaning verification. Attach the evidence to the job it belongs to.

03

Take the record with you

Review recorded and missing forms. Download a PDF or ZIP for your files and the handoff.

Job records

What goes in the record at each stage of the job

Follow a job from preparation to handoff. Choose a stage to see the details you can record.

Start with the right information

Build the job record before the crew arrives. The property, work, and jurisdiction determine which forms need attention.

Property & scope

Capture the address, year built, customer, work description, dates, and jurisdiction. Review the applicability result and adjust the job details.

Firm & renovator

Keep firm certification on file and assign the Certified Renovator and workers to the job.

Pamphlet delivery

Record the recipient, delivery method, and date. Create a customer acknowledgment link, or document delivery another way.

Tenants & special notices

Keep tenant delivery separate from the owner’s record. Add occupant, parent, or jurisdiction-specific notice records when the job calls for them.

Why it helps: the office can see what needs attention before the start date, instead of rebuilding the record after the work.

Your job’s details determine the forms shown. Special circumstances can add or change records.

Customer pamphlets

Give customers the pamphlet and keep their acknowledgment

Your customer needs a clear way to receive the pamphlet. You need a record of what happened. Pamphlet status connects those two sides of the job.

  1. Create the recipient’s link.

Choose the job and recipient. Share the secure link, or email it when email delivery is available.

  2. They read and acknowledge.

The customer opens the pamphlet page and records their acknowledgment. Rentals can have a separate link for the adult occupant.

  3. Follow the status in your workspace.

See whether the link was sent, opened, or signed. A link being sent does not count as the customer signing it.

For your team

Keep the person, the credential, and the work connected—without passing a binder around.

People & credentials

Know who’s on the job and keep their details close

Add people individually or import a crew from CSV. Review flagged rows before importing, connect certificates to their holders, and invite people into your firm’s workspace.

  • Assign the Certified Renovator and workers to a job.
  • Upload original certificates and review extracted details.
  • See credential expiration dates and renewal status.
  • Have the assigned renovator sign their own certification.

For the work in front of you

Record it while the details are fresh

Open the responsive workspace on a phone, tablet, or desktop. Add photos and documents to the job and fill in the relevant form while you have the information.

  • Keep original evidence files available for the ZIP export.
  • Associate a signed paper upload with its matching form.
  • See which records are saved and which remain unfinished.
  • Queue supported record changes during a connection drop.
Connection interrupted?

Previously loaded work can keep supported changes on the device and retry when you reconnect. Signing in, sending links, and email delivery need a connection.

Audit packets

Be ready when someone asks for the records

Everyday tools

Tools for the admin work around each job

The useful details that matter when you’re managing more than one project.

Start from an existing estimate

Prefill available job details from a text-based estimate or contract PDF. Review the results before saving; scanned pages need manual entry.

Less retyping

Copy a job for the next project

Reuse a job as a starting point, including its crew assignments, then review the property, dates, and details for the new work.

A faster starting point

Find the right job

Search your jobs and filter by workflow status. See in-progress, complete, and closed work, and export the job list as CSV.

Less searching

Handle several jobs together

Select jobs to assign a renovator, close eligible work, or download multiple record packets from the job list.

Fewer repetitive actions

Keep the handoff documented

Record who received the records, when, and how. Keep the final invoice date and the calculated handoff and retention dates with the job.

Fewer loose ends

Keep a traceable history

Recorded changes add to the job’s event history. Packet exports include structured records and file verification information alongside available evidence.

of record retention after a covered renovation

The federal RRP rule requires firms to retain required records for three years after completion. Check your jurisdiction and any additional requirements.

Questions

What to know before you start

Ask us a question
How long is it free?

For as long as the beta runs, and at least 14 days from the day you sign up, even if the beta ends sooner. We will tell you before it ends. Signup needs no card, so nothing is charged when it ends.

Will I be charged when the trial ends?

No. Signup does not collect a card or start a subscription. Choose and activate a paid plan in Billing when you are ready. If online checkout is unavailable, contact us to arrange an invoice.

What happens to my records if I do not subscribe?

Existing records stay accessible after the trial. When billing is enabled, you need an active paid plan to add new jobs after your trial ends.

Can I use my existing paperwork?

Yes. Upload original certificates and supporting job documents, attach photos of signed paper forms, and prefill available job details from a text-based estimate or contract PDF. Review extracted information before saving it.

How do I bring my team into the workspace?

Add people one at a time or review a CSV import. Link their credentials, assign them to jobs, and invite them to sign in. Only the assigned Certified Renovator signs their own certification statement.

Will every job have the same forms?

No. The record set uses the property, scope, applicability, jurisdiction, and special circumstances. Rental occupants, emergencies, clearance, and certain state records can change what is needed. Review the guidance for your actual work.

Can I work when the connection drops?

Supported record changes can be queued locally and retried when you reconnect, after the workspace has been loaded. Sign-in, customer-link creation, and email delivery need a connection. Check the sync status before assuming a record has reached the server.

Who is this for?

RRP Central is built for renovation firms, painting contractors, window and door installers, and the people keeping their job records organized.

What goes in a job record?

The forms depend on the job. They can include pamphlet delivery, renovator assignment, testing, worker training, work practices, cleaning verification, signatures, and supporting evidence.

Can I take my records with me?

Yes. Download a PDF job record or a ZIP bundle with available evidence files, structured records, event history, and a file manifest. Missing records are identified in the export.

Does using RRP Central make my firm compliant?

Your firm remains responsible for its work and compliance. RRP Central helps organize the documentation, identifies unfinished records, and connects jobs to jurisdiction guidance. Review the relevant agency requirements for your work.
